SABAAN's consultancy practice is led by Bushra Nasr Kretschmer, an international development and financial-sector specialist with more than two decades of experience working with governments, development finance institutions, international organizations, financial institutions and private sector actors.
Her experience spans economic transformation, financial-sector development, private sector development, institutional strengthening and governance, gender-responsive finance, digital finance, economic recovery and development in fragile and conflict-affected environments.
Her international assignments span MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and Asia, combining strategic advisory and policy development with institutional diagnostics, technical assistance, capacity development and implementation support.
