The Challenge
Entrepreneurs face significant barriers, including legal ambiguity, limited early-stage capital, weak infrastructure and gender-related constraints.
Our Approach
The research drew on 19 stakeholder interviews and comparative international experience from other fragile contexts. It examined:

- Research-commercialization linkages
- Inclusive innovation
Contribution
The resulting policy blueprint proposed practical, incremental interventions that could be piloted even within Yemen's constrained political and economic environment.
