Financial-sector reform work included technical contributions related to:

  • Leasing regulation
  • Microfinance frameworks
  • Credit infrastructure
  • SME finance
  • Electronic leased-assets registration
  • Institutional capacity development

Regional Knowledge Exchange

The work involved engagement with regulators, government institutions and financial institutions to strengthen the enabling environment for access to finance.

It also included facilitating knowledge exchange and technical training for regulators and financial institutions, including study visits and workshops related to microfinance, leasing, housing finance, risk management and Islamic financial products.
