Technical assistance supporting institutional capacity, gender finance and 2X alignment, operational readiness, and effective deployment of EIB financing through Housing Finance Bank.
The Challenge
The assignment addresses the practical institutional requirements involved in translating development-finance objectives into effective financing activities — from identifying eligible opportunities and strengthening internal processes to building staff capacity and improving institutional reporting.
Our Role
The assignment is led through Team Leader expertise, coordinating a multidisciplinary advisory team and providing strategic and operational direction across the technical-assistance programme.
The work includes institutional diagnostics, gender-finance considerations, portfolio and pipeline development, capacity building, credit-process considerations, data and reporting, and practical implementation support.
